  1. the bigger the tire diameter, the slower your speedometer will read at the same speed, the smaller the diameter of tire, the faster the speedometer will read at the same speed.

    It is illegal to fit different size whels/tires to a vehicle without having had the odometer re-set. Large fine when you are caught.

    If they stay the same diameter and only the width changes, yes.

  6. Sure it is.  It'll say "0" because tires that big either won't fit under the vehicle, or the drivetrain won't be able to turn them w/o breaking.
