Is the strength and conditioning manual for baseball pitchers " Tuffcuff" worth buying?

  1. i havent heard of it. but personally i dont think its neccesary

    i managed to get the opportunity to pitch in college on just good old running. run a lot of poles (at varying speeds) and a bunch of short sprints to work on the quick twitch muscles. pitching requires a lot out of your quick twitch muscles, which can come as a surprise to many.


  2. i play baseball for a traveling team and we play 50 -60 games a year. im a main pitcher and i used to be able to go maybe 3-4 innings in a game b4 i got tired. i bought the tuff-cuff and used it in the fall and winter and started this spring with 3 complete games (7 innings each) and i was hardley sore or tired. i got better, but thats just me. its up to u. hope this helps
