Not that i've heard of..but you could try squeezing one..

ok - stupid answer, i know.

i don't think there is as melon doesn't have much flavour by itself, its more liked for its juiciness and refreshing qualities.

maybe if you wanted to make a cocktail and include the flavour, you could slic/dice up some melon and drop it into the cocktails, then scoop them out befor serving. that way you'll get the flavour without having to actually juice the melon.

and you don't have to throw the melon scooped out of the drink away.. i imagine it would taste nice after being dipped in flavoured juices.

Ingredients

1 water melon

150g sugar

1 lemon

15g ginger

5g chat masala  

  

Method

peel the water melon skin & remove the seeds within it.

cut and keep the pieces in the mixier.

add sugar & lime juice ,finally the chopped ginger . filter the juice and serve it cool. if we need add the chat masala
