ABSOLUTELY NOT!  Thats is a hellbound SINNERS view of astrophysics!  it says, right there in the bible, that the EARTH is the cneter of all things!  The land where god himself walked is the ONLY object holy enough for everything to revolve around,  has Jesus ever walked on the sun>  OF COURSE NOT!

the universe is huge. In our solar system we have one star, and that's the sun which happens to be its center. There are many other stars that may well be centers of other solar systems but no, the sun isn't the center of the universe.

kinda. spacetime is expanding like a balloon's surface so every observer is technically at its centre (of the surface fabric...there is 'nothing' inside).

absolutely not. tell the guy you're arguing with that he's a moron. the sun is in the center of  OUR solar system which is in a ring of the milky way galaxy which is speeding AWAY from the center of the universe and has been for a while.
