  1. No, it is exactly the same. When compared to the life of a star being around 10 billion years old, 20 years is only .000000002% of its life. That is the same as living 100 years and having something happen in 6 seconds.

  2. It seems to me that you get 2 different opinions about this, some people will tell you the sun changes very slowly over billions of years, while others will tell you they burn faster now than 20 years ago. Its probably worse for me today but thats more due to my perspective than a change in the sun. 20 years ago as a teenager I never needed to use sunscreen because I spent so much time outdoors I always had a tan and never got sunburned, now at age 40 my lifestyle keeps me indoors most of the time so I would probably burn in half an hour at the beach.

  3. As I recall the last 6 months, we just had an unusually cold winter.  We'll have to have a pretty hot summer to bring the average back to normal.

  4. Yes of course it is very hot than 20 years ago. I think that one layer of the suns surface getting into ashes as its burns daily. I think the layer getting very thin  and the exposure of the heat spreads very drastically and the gap of the Osaan gets much bigger this also the second reason for the temperature to raise.

  5. No it is pretty much the same. Hot in summer and not hot in winter.

  6. It really seems like it.

I live in Southern California and I never remember it being this hot. Two weeks of 110 degree temperatures, thats before summer officially started. Now that summer's here, what are we in for?

The government warnings (because of the high incedence of sun related melanoma cancer) is proof enough that the sun is worse today than 20 years ago.

  7. yes it is. it is because we have holes in our ozone layer, this is letting more light into our panet causing skin cancer, but the reason for the heat is because of green house gases, basically air pollution

  8. Sunlight hasn't changed much, but people are much more aware of the long-term effects of ultraviolet radiation on the skin.  If you get enough vitamin D in your food or food supplements, then it's healthiest to avoid sun exposure on your skin.  The damage happens many years later.  As people live longer, the effects of sun exposure in their youth has become more problematic.
