  5. I wasn't aware there was a symbol. I read the product ingredients.

    To the one who said what vegs eat:  vegetarians do NOT eat seafood.   To be vegetarian means you do not eat meat products of any kind.

  7. No. Vegan is more extreme than vegetarian because they only wear materials like cotton and synthetics, no seafood either. Vegetarians eat some seafood and don't only wear synthetics. They wear things like silk and are more just like don't kill the cows then don't kill the shrimp.
