  1. Well the test should be easy if you worked hard, by that I mean practicing Tang Soo Do on your on time, since you said your instructor is lazy. I recommend you always practice on your own time, and not just 2-3 times a week when there's classes. Work on all your kicks and forms, and also review the actual names for all forms, kicks, blocks, and stance. If you have been slacking off in class, then I guess it could be extremely difficult. You don't have to worry about this test. It costs about 800 bucks to get a black belt, so I don't see why they won't let you pass? Think about it, paid for a test and they fail you? Everything is about money these days.

  2. Hi! I took my black test in Tang Soo Do last year. I'm not allowed to tell you what was on it, and I'm not even sure if the tests are the same between different school systems. But the best advice is to practice your forms as much as you can and to also practice your Korean terminology. Also just stay calm and try hard not to worry, just do your best and you'll be fine! Remember if your instructor thinks you are good enough to test then you should be good enough to pass! right?

    Hope this helps!
