Is the third Super Junior album going to be delayed?

There is a rumor on Baidu that due to SJM having a new album, SJ's third album is going to be delayed! I cannot find the original article as I don't know a lot of Chinese, but I really want to know what's going on.

well the reason that the second album was delayed was due to the terrible car accident in april, but of course this will very hopefully not happen again! ...so i'm not sure because i haven't heard this rumor yet and i'd like to know more about it as well

but its possible because remember the 2nd album?

that got delayed a lot too. =/
