Is the toy train and the luxury train(kangra queen) from pathankot to joginder nagar working? how to book?

yes then whats the duration, and how do we book it.

i could not book it on indianrail.gov.in though there is a description of kkangra queen under the section of hill trains, i could not find the train number on looking up train enquiry.
