Is the trailer house safer than real house or not?

you can put trailers on concrete foundations if you choose. there are special anchors that can be turned into the ground about 5 feet to hold them down in high wind. all in all a convential home is a better bet.

Trailer is made of aluminum... home is wood.

Even the best manufactured homes weigh less than a built home & susceptible to high wind damage & blowing off their foundations.

Fire is the problem in the older mfg homes. In approx 5 mins, the fire could be fully involved. In less than 30 mins, there would be nothing left of the home but melted siding & ashes.

No, it has no foundation, it is built cheaper overall and it does not do as good as a home during a terrible windstorm.....

Its less stable and smaller. A real house has a good foundation and is sturdier.  Trailers are cheaper but less safe.

it would be a lot safer living in something that was in the ground as apposed to something that is a lot less sturdy
