Is the travel card and oyster card are the same??

Which one should I buy in london? I will stay for 2 weeks and will see alot of places.. Also which zones should I buy when I buy it?? All zones or 1-2 , 1234 etcc...

I would buy a weekly travelcard for zones 1-2; you'll see all of central London and not have to worry about anything.

yes a zone 1-2 weekly travelcard would be adequate for most of what you want to do ... however you could buy an Oyster card and get the travelcard put onto it, and also have some credit on there for if you want to travel outside of zones 1-2, depends on where you're wanting to go while you're here
