Is the tropical storm Fay getting better or worse???

I'm going to Florida for 4 days.

Saturday - Wednesday.

Right now Fay is essentially in a steady state, neither weakening or strengthening.  Fay will likely begin a slow weakening again once it moves back onshore over the next day or so.  After that it will continue to drift generally westward and is expected to continue to weaken.  By far the impact from Fay will be flooding due to heavy rainfall.  It should be clear of Florida by early next week.

Don't worry. Fay is getting better because it's not on the water to gain strength, it's just going to get weaker and weaker being on land.
