  1. There is a genuine U.K. lottery run by Camelot.  However, you need to purchase a ticket either in person or online.  You need to check your ticket to see if you have won and if so, you will need to contact them.  They never ever email you.

If you click on the below link this site gives a comprehensive list of many scams and frauds hitting the internet, provides an online form for the reporting of such - (with links for your own country) and gives excellent advice on what steps you can take to achieve a spam free inbox  :

  2. Haha........

    You make me laugh :)

  3. IT IS A REAL BIG SCAM, YES AGREE

  4. No. Don't be gullible.

I can check this out for you to see if you're really a winner. I would need a £100 fee to get started.

  5. Sorry friend but there is no Microsoft, Yahoo or other e-mail lottery, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information. The following sites give more information

.Also If you go to the following site you will get some info on ID theft www.identity-theft.org.uk the iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful

  6. DO NOT SEND ANY PERSONAL INFO!!!!

To enter the UK lottery you have to actually buy a ticket or enter online - they don't email yuo if you win - you have to check your numbers and contact them.

This is a scam - delete the email.

(By the way 'lbs' means pounds as in weight - '£' means pounds as in money)

  7. My Dad gets c**p like that all the time. He actually even got something in his mailbox before. He went to the bank to see if it was real, but it was a scam. I agree, its bull.

By the way... All state/country lotterys are scams, not just fake ones.
