  1. I think so, plus a load more that are more exotic.

We mere mortals just get a few sightings now and again.

(There are 3+ space shuttles that are considered missing)

    + Vhigh altitude stuff.

Oh, you might like to look at the drones too - many countries have them. Some are basic spotter planes, others are counter-rotor designs - very sci-fi getting billed as ufos.

Also Nasa is messing with Plasma balls - many Ufo sightings within test areas.

For the next major exotics - think small - the "Swarm" project at MIT.

  2. Yes

  3. no the  SR-71 has been out of commission for years now

  4. Satellites do most of the surveillance work these days, but I think they still have a few B/B's for certain missions that can't be done with satellites.

  5. . Well, I guess the U-2 IS 'Transportation'.

  7. No , it's been retired .there is one on display at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C.

  9. The air force has no big black planes, they were never built, they  never took any photographs of anything.  The U-2 spy plane does not exist nor will it ever.

  12. No, officially, it has been removed from service.

The SR-71 Blackbird was in service from 1964 to 1998.

Some claim it was re-introduced yo service, but if you look, it seems these people are primarily conspiracy folks.

What an awesome plane the SR-71 was!
