why yes it is.

From "soil to oil" - it does sound so right yet I don't think we're gonna see its full development - and acceptance/usage - in the next 10 years. It's still unproven in the global market.

Yes its proven, here in Hyderabad India we have many busses running on this Jatropa fuel.
