Is the video card in the new 20" imac powerful enough?

ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics processor with 128MB of GDDR3 memory

thats what it is. I dont do alot... But I like to multi task and play the original starcraft

will it be decent for watching dvds?

  1. Yes, it will just only be decent. To see the DVD's in high quality you have to install ATI HD4870 that uses Pure Video Technology to refine and de-interlace the DVD videos upto maximum quality and very fast!

    HD 2400 won't use that technology and thus you cannot get that much high quality playback.
