Is the virgin mobile service any good?

Question

i want to switch from att to virgin mobile because i think it will be cheaper, but how is the service? my cell phone reception with att is pretty good, does anyone who uses virgin mobile have anything to say about the reception?

um i used to have it it sucks!!!!!!!

the phone was crappy and the ringtones are like 3.99

they are so espensive and ur minutes go by like really really fast and on the monthly payment they over charge u!

i now have AT&T and its the best coverage and service:]]

It cost my sister 40$ a week to keep it runing so its not much better and service sucks i used it and hated it

I had Virgin Mobile For 2 years. The only reason I was with them that long was because the phones were cheap. But they're basically plastic. The ringtones aren't that good and are expensitive. The reception is decent you'll always have it but if your in a basement or lower level it's always one bar or less. Overall though, I'd say stay with ATT or go to T-Mobile. Virgin pretty much sucks now, but I got away before it really started to stink. T-mobile is know for it's great customer service. It's a good price and I always have reception.

ive had 3 diffrent models from virgin mobile. all their phones seem to c**p out on you within a year. the service is soo bad! i cant get it anywhere! honestly. im actually looking at new phones with a diff company as we speaking partly b.c the service sucks! haha. i hope i helped you out a bit

i use virgin mobile and i only pay 40$ a month that includes unlimited texting, and 600 anytime minutes. and i get reception like everywhere.
