Is the w580i a good phone or do the buttons fall off?

There is a product advisory that has been put out on this device by the manufacturer due to keypad issues such as what you are asking about.  The keys also crack and break.  I don't know how many of these we see day in and day out that we have to replace.

The W580i keys do crack if you text on it a lot.  Then people land up exchanging the phone and it does the same thing.  Also another problem on it is that is shuts off and does not turn back on.  It is a bad phone. I would recommend staying away from it and getting another phone.
