Almost all the coffee at WDW is Nescafe instant coffee. You can try going to their website to see if they have information on whether their coffees are kosher or not. A quick Google search confirms that all the Nescafe Taster's Choice mark coffees are, but that is not all that they make.

You can also get Joffrey's coffee (a small Florida brand) in some kiosks at the parks.
