Is the water for gas technology worth investing my money to fit it into my 04 escalade?

O.K lets look at it this way water for gas technology gives you 50% more 1QT diesel gives you 30 to40% more over inflate tires 10% more windows up AC off 10% more now you are over 100% double the MPG. Now add some snake oil and fairy dust and see what you get. or just get rid of the tank and get some thing with better MPG.

Absolutely.  For a few hundred dollars investment you can increase your mileage by as much as 50% (or more).  It's actually a hydrogen-on-demand system where electrolysis converts water (H2O) into Brown's gas (HHO) which is burnable.

Not when you could sell it as is and get a bigger increase in gas mileage by buying a different car.
