I feel that it is. Isn't this just another example of a double-standard by the Democratic party? Seems to me that gender-bias is tolerated far more by our society than any other form of discrimination. I'm sure the fact that Palin is pro-life/conservative puts her in a kind of 'double-jeopardy' situation..

  1. Yes, it was tolerated when it was Hillary, dem on dem, but it will not be tolerated by the conservatives,,, for every anti-Palin article that goes out, thousands will see the media for what it is,, Obama's lacky. The shear unfairness of that will propel this lady and McCain to the top for the next 12 yrs.

  2. If you are pro-choice and pro hillary, you should not vote McCain-Palin. First, Hillary has said herself she doesn't want her voters voting for them, because they stand in opposition to all of her policy positions. Second, McCain and ESPECIALLY Palin are anti-choice, which means not only will they support measures to restrict choice, but they will also appoint Supreme Court Justices who are opposed to Roe v. Wade.

To top it off, Palin is completely unqualified to be VP. If McCain dies, she's next in line.  That's scary.  Heck, I'd say she's about as qualified as Grimace:

  3. I agree.  The media is very aware that the public is more critical of women than they are men.  They are far more careful when it comes to racism.  Sexism is still viewed as a joke.  The DNC never addressed the sexism in the media which was really disgusting.  I'm not a democrat anymore after 40 years.  They dissed the best of their party in my lifetime and turned to a socialist who is rejecting Bill Clinton's policies.  Big mistake as far as I'm concerned.

  4. I don’t think the media treats Palin any bad. Moreover she is being treated much better than Obama has. She is running for VP and people should know about her, this doesn’t mean she is being treated badly. If the media can not ask valid questions than what is the media good for? This is all old neo-conservative tricks; I don’t think they can fool the people this time!

  5. mostly nbc and msnbc. but, yahoo loves them some anti-palin stories themselves. i thought it very telling that the 2 lead links on yahoo home page this morning were both bashing palin!

  6. I think you are right on the money on that observation.

I am also an Independent that supported Hillary and will be voting for McCain.I am also pro-choice,and that is the one big thing that bothers me though......
