Actual the Chinese have been trying to control the weather for the past 10 years. They are actually seeding the clouds to make it rain. Last year they were trying in all provinces around Beijing in controlling the heavy rains as a trial run to the Olympics. This year we have had super hard rain and deluges in Tianjin and Beijing as if they have been fine tuning the technology for the games next month. Man has been trying to control what nature produces naturally but with global warming we are going to need this science even more in prevention of the extreme weather that we are experiencing this year and the next. Just think that you could buy, on the stock market, the destruction or the prevention of storms, but then who in their right mind will believe what I just wrote.

PS. You should be in one of these deluges when they happen for man made rain is not like nature not even close it destroys and the electrical discharge in the heavens is a nice sight for my eyes.

I've heard multiple theories, some involving HAARP up around the arctic circle, and microwaves. I've seen enuf strange s*** and I believe that science has progressed far enuf that I would not bet against it. Now as far as the government being able 2 predictably controll the weather, I doubt it, but I suspect they are working on it!

No, thats the one thing that they havent found a way to control yet, but they are working on it.

when they find a way to control it they will probably Tax it as well.

LOLOL NO I hope not *looking up* but also..... the government does regulate CO2 releasing companies by setting regulation rules for them and that DEFINETLY messes with the whether so in a way.....they kinda do lol
