its hard to say, here in Virginia its been over 100 for a week. We didnt really have much a winter at all.. Most of the time when we dont have winter we have a very hot summer

we'll have a week or so decent in June then nothing till September

probz not as we are having a heat wave at the moment but that means nothing,    to be honest i dont  know
