i have already got the book.. the book says the buyer has free surfing options.. but the site doesn't seem to exist..

You can purchase the book,not very costly...actually less then what you will spend in surfing the book on-line.

I  just saw a site of old books sell ,it's available in Indian Rupees 70 only.

Sorry ,I don't think "dhingra.manthan.info"exists, you can contact some contact address mentioned in book.
