Is the website downloads.nl safe for my computer?

Question

sorta self explanatory. I can't buy the song on iTunes (since iTunes is LAME and doesn't have it), and I found it on the site dowloads.nl. I'd really not like to kill my computer though, so will downloading from this site give me a virus or something? or is it legit? Thanks!
