I'm pretty sure it was Seventeen. And both Seventeen and the website claim it's legal, so I sure hope it is.

The website said that the artists were paid using the revenue the advertisements brought in.

It is good and yes it is legal the reason is they do not have burn rights they allow you to download there songs on too your computer and listen to them but you can not burn them on a CD or anything like that
