No, but a ouija board is.  That is it's real in that it's a tangible object.  It's not going to conjure up ghosts or demons or anything, but yeah you can buy one at Walmart.

Yes they are real, the are actually spelled Ouija board. They must be taken seriously and not used as a toy or game however. Some have had bad experiences with them.
