Isn't that like like raping my natural resources? The House is shutdown until Obama is elected. Take no prisoners.

That's the problem.  "The will of the speaker".  It should be "the will of the people".  Seventy percent of this nation want to drill.  She adjourns to block the vote because she is protecting her democratic counterparts.  If she would have had the guts to stay and debate it, she would have seen a lot of democrats vote for offshore drilling in order to be re-elected in the fall.
