Is the windmill technique seriously underrated?????

One of me mates wiped oot this boxer using the windmill!!!!

  1. Probably.

    I've learned one thing over time: Just because you wouldn't do something and it doesn't look right to you, it doesn't mean you shouldn't respect it. You can guess at what it is they're doing, but unless you've learned the technique yourself, you don't really know what it is. Often, there's more than meets the eyes. Plus, I figure if people have been using a technique for such a long time and it's still in use, it's got to be good for something.

    Besides, when in doubt, it's always better to overestimate than to underestimate.

  3. no, you are just going in one motion, usually with your head down. so a fighter could easily hit them with a upper cut and KO the first person

  4. I think your mate got lucky. One of the first rules in self defense is never turn your back to an attacker.
