  1. its supposed to be on your router

  2. first of all i can only help you if your dsl box is a 2wire. if it is go to gateway.2wire.net after that click on home networking. After that click on wireless settings type in your password for the main acc on your internet user. If you don't know it click where it says forgot password and follow instructions. after all of that is done boxes will appear one of them will say wireless security. uncheck that box and try setting it up your wireless internet with your mac book now you wont need the password or wep key.

  3. It depends on your provider.  If your ISP provided you with a 2wire router, the WEP key is probably printed on the router.  I would look up your gateway IP address, and check the device software.  I have no idea what your OS is, but if you can find command prompt, open it and type "ipconfig /all" without the quotes.  Scroll down until you see the gateway IP address.  Type that series of numbers into your web browser's address bar.  The password for your device should be printed on the device somewhere.  From there, you can setup your wireless network however you wish.  I would advice no less than WPA encryption with a long, easy to remember password.  Consider using your favorite line from a movie.
