It is not yet, but in some countries (e.g. Scandinavian societies) and in some fields women have made remarkable progress. Women are much better educated today, leaving their male companions far behind. So there is much indication that women are the smarter s*x. Maybe males wil remain the physically stronger one.

No it isn't, and it never will be.  Men are always going to predominate in leadership roles, because they are programmed by nature to want to compete for high-status positions in a way that women are not.  The women who make it to positions of power will always be in a minority.
