Is the world going to be like mad max the movie the way gas price r ?

Europe is already getting that way... look the strikes in Spain and France.  When your distribution system goes on strike, how do you buy products?  Not to mention the products are more expensive - there's nothing on the selves!  With the falling dollar and oil going through the roof (partly due to the falling dollar) then it's possible... but I don't think in our lifetime.

Chaos and anarchy is not beyond belief.  In many parts of the world, they live like that (Rwanda, Dar fur, etc).

But will USA and Europe become that way???  Hmmmm...
