Is the world trying to heal or is it going towards self destruction?

all the floods, the earthquakes, the tsunamis...................... what the heck is happening?

All natural DISASTERS as we call them, are reflection of earth's eco system trying to put things right and for us trying to tell that we are heading for trouble............. Many old civilizations have been destroyed by disasters of the kind we have now. if modern civilization doesn't learn from it we maybe replaced too naturally. The technology is advancing at the cost of exhausting natural resources. where we will be if this continue, I think we will be   REPLACED.

Floods, Earthquakes, and Tsunamis have been around a lot longer than humans and will be around after we are gone. They are natural occurrences that have nothing to do with the Earth healing or destroying itself.

this world we live in is so self destructive, quite sad to say it but it all happens for a reason and without warning anywhere. Maybe all of these breakouts of mass weather disasters and 100000's of peoples lives ruined we see on the news every day would calm down if we came together and helped prevent global warming?? that would be the day that everyone would stop thinking about the small stuff and think about saving our world, even more sad to say i cried for the families in china i saw on the news a few weeks ago and im sure others felt heart wrenched at the whole situation, yet people move on and forget, carry on with watching the 'nights special doco'. i really think you have asked such a big question that could have a million different answers, but my answer would be your question because its sad that nobody really knows what is happening, and nobody would really know the full force of it all untill something of just that mass destruction happened to us, how could earth heal when being torn up dug up blown up and honestly abused. good luck with finding your answer but i think you might be waiting for quite a while

Process of elimination and survival of the fittest. It's just by chance that things are happening to random people, but in the end we're either going to learn from it or be the downfall with it all. It's a scary thought, but the world as we used to know it is no more.

The Earth is trying to heal but we are out-using the Earth's sources and over-polluting the Earth faster than the Earth can clean itself.  Technically it is heading slowly towards destruction.
