Is the xbox 360 a good buy and for example pro elite arcade & core which is best to buy ?

please help me lol!!! i really want halo 3 and i want to no which is the best buy from all the arcade core pro and elite thanx alot AND I have the PS3 i luv!!! it but i rly think the xbox 360 rocks alot to and i want to know if i should buy it and why and what good features it has lol lilke the pros and cons THANX PLZ RESPOND !!!!

definitely get pro - it's $300 new, best deal. core is awful, i don't know about arcade, but definitely get pro..
