No, it is a joke trailer.

There are lots of trailers like this.  Someone took Sleepless in Seattle and turned it into a thriller/thrasher or something like that.

My favorite joke trailer of all time was the one that turned 'The Shining' into a heart warming family movie.  Quite disturbing how well they did it to.  It was a masterpiece in my opinion.  The new version is just called 'Shining'

The caption at the right of the page even says it's a fake trailer.  And it was posted to YouTube in 2006 and no movie has come out.   Think about it, how can you make a sequal to Titanic?  The ship sank and the story was told.  It's over now.  

The closest thing to a sequal was James Cameron's Ghosts of the Abyss.  It's a documentary about the ocean excavation.  No fiction to it.

There is but that would be after the lady survived off the ship. I have heard of it once before. I don't think it's out though? This would be a more faker thing. The Titanic movie isn't historically correct. Posited the movie is the most realistic feel for what might actually happen in the event of a road wave.

im 100% sure there isnt a sequel. that trailer was made by someone and is a fake. i'm sorta glad they didnt becuase that would jus mess up a good story.
