Is their a drug in nature that can stop the narrowing of the arteries in man?

Because i know of one that has been tested on rats and been proven to work 100%

  1. Foods containing red pigments, like red grapes & pomegranite clean your arteries of plaque build up.  If you suffer from high cholesterol, adding these foods to your diet is beneficial.


  2. One of the few things that has shown promise for this in many studies is vitamin B3 (Niacin).  The over-the-counter versions can be potentially dangerous to the liver, so we typically tell patients to avoid those.  What is considered the most safe is one we prescribe called "Niaspan."  It is well tolerated, and works well.  I've got many patients on this vitamin, and they are doing well.  The added benefit, is that it also increases your good (HDL) cholesterol too!
