Is their a minimum number of watts in a system for capictors?

no, but usually they are a waste of cash

no but if the system is 1000 w you need at least a 1f cap and so on but don't go over with the cap coz its not good for the alternator and battery and yes you need one if the system is at least 1000w unless you have a high output alternator and a good battery you will see lights dimming

depends if your lights go dim you need to do something if not you should be fine upgrading the battery is a million times better though
