PHOTOSHOP AND PHOTOFILTRE STUDIO 9 :

ALREADY INSTALLED AND ACTIVATED

Photoshop is the best editing tool for sure, but not easy at all if you're a beginner. Gimp is also not so easy. I'd rather recommend you PhotoFiltre Studio 9. It's a much more easy-to-use software that still able to do very interesting things. That's the one I personally use and I'm very satisfied with it.

Those version are pretty special because they're PORTABLE. It means that you don't need to slow down your computer with new installations.. To sum up, you just need to download it and then to click on it to use it ! (You can even take it with you in your usb key ;)

you can try gimp or paint.net this i just answer this question about 5 questions ago well i prefer paint.net over gimp but its all opinion google gimp and paint.net to learn more about them

Try Gimp.

It can do almost all that photoshop does, and it is free.

Maybe a little better to work is Gimpshop, which is based on gimp.
