in the Isle of Mann.............seen it on Top Gear they only have a speed limit in the built up areas.

All county roads so very hard to reach over a 100mph unless your on a motorbike.....

Yes, the autobon in Germany has no speed limit.  At least it used to not have one. They may have changed it, since I last looked into it.

sum where in the middle east( irag, afgan) pretty lawless over there, oh wait the desert or shrubland, go there if u want to go fast, but legally no.

The only thing about a speed limit is there is no speed limit especially in Germany.  But in montana there is a speed limit but not really inforced, I was pulled over in Montana for speeding doing 95 in a 65 zone and the ticket price was 5 dollars.
