No. You will have to bid for spaces on the flight usually on eBay's Singapore-based website or in an Singapore airline auction seats usually cost from S$900 (US$597)/(Roughly £302.39 per person according to 3/8/2008 currency figures) but unfortunately those prices stood until Sept. 30. 2007.  Now the prices are $3,700 (£1,873 approx) for low-class seats for first class you would be looking at around $18,000 (£9,112 approx).
