Is their any health risk associated with consuming to much caffeine?

  1. It causes the jitters and can interfere  with your sleep cycle.  That is short term.  I am sure longer term would be more like possible heart trouble caused later on in life.

  4. Too much caffeine will dehydrate you, as it acts as a diuretic in your body. They say for every cup of tea/coffee you need to drink two equally sized glasses of water (or other non-caffeinated drink) to make up for it.

    I'm sure there are other risks with drinking too much caffeine, but I'm not exactly sure about them, the main one I know is dehydration.

  5. caffeine is one of the main causes of osteoporosis among American people . It hinders calcium absorption . It can result in serious damage to your stomach and kidney . Reduce the amount of caffeine to the minimum just for your health . Wish you the best .

  6. Their is always a health risk when you consume too much of anything including Caffine, Nicotine and Alcohol
