Is their any jet or airplane game that got real jet sound and the vapor that comes from the wings and cockpit?

like real life? no matter how good a game, its still a game, not life.

FSX has some great free addon planes with vapor when you pull Gs, good cockpit panels and sounds but you will have to find it all on the internet.

Flown for 30 years and I suck at flight games.

The leading desktop simulators are Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane.  The sound can be fairly realistic but effects like water vapor over the wings or around other flight surfaces usually isn't simulated.
