  3. Yes, actually. Understanding the acid-alkaline equation is the magic formula.

    When your body's PH is acidic (due to eating acid forming foods like meat, dairy, sugar, vinegar, salt, etc), it will store fat (which is alkaline) to neutralize the acidosis in your body.

    If you eat alkaline foods (green veggies, lemons, limes, etc) it will neutralize the acid, removing the reason for your body storing excess fat and you will 1) stop gaining fat weight and B) start shedding fat at an astounding rate.

    If you want a really quick and cheap way to shed fat pounds quickly, squeeze the juice of 5 or 6 limes or lemons (I find limes more tolerable, flavor-wise) and dilute that with a huge cup of water then guzzle the whole thing.

    Although limes have citric acid, the "ash" it leaves behind in the body is actually alkaline, so it neutralizes the acid in your body.

    I lose 2 pounds a day when I do this, even eating really, really bad foods (cheeseburgers, pizza, etc).

    However, if you REALLY want to see rapid weight loss, eat alkaline green veggies (the more raw veggies you eat, the better) and supplement that with the fresh squeezed lime juice (from the bottle is no good) and watch your body fat percentage and overall weight plummet.
