Is their any place on the www that has a list of where all the known Kokopelli's are?

I doubt it.  Kokopelli seems to be a philosophy about the game and course design and not necessarily a franchise.

Golf.com only list two Kokopellis (one of which is only a couple of miles from my home).  Golflink.com lists the same two plus a private club in Alto, NM.

If you are looking for sites of Kokopelli petrogryphs, you may also be out of luck.  Most are located in the American South west (especially Arizona), but there does not seem to be sites that lists allof the locations of these artwork.

Most web sites are more interested in selling you an item that contains a reproduction of one of the original Kokopelli glyphs.
