Is their anything Similar to DVD Shrink?

It stopped working for me, It said No Disc, when their was a Disc in my PC and I deleted the program off my PC and re downloaded it and it did the same thing. Is there anything similar to DVD Shrink that will cut out the DVD extras and extra Languages?

I like dvd shrink Is pity that you can no use it any more. If I was you, first I will reinstall windows and then try to reuse DVD shrink.

Personally I use NTI cd dvd maker  but is not free.
