  1. Yes there is clay in Florida. Man made clay in baseball fields and such. There is also natural clay, red clay, black/brown clay, even a bluish-grey colored clay, and orange clay. If there is a river close to you, lots of rivers have clay on certain parts of there banks, some is on top, and some  you have to dig a little for it. There is clay in allover florida, quite a lot actually you just have to know where it is, or where to find it, and what it look like. Clay is kind've silky feeling when wet. It is not porous(semi-solid, not big holes, and holds water). Softer than rock but harder then sand, can be smooth with rocks in it or not. Can be chunky with different size pieces.   3. if u mean the dirt, then idk, i havent seen any, but i live in south fl, so there might be some up north

    And of course she means FLORIDA by "fl"...c'mon...
