Okay so I am (15 soon to be 16) and I had an english teacher that works in the same building as my mom. I will be going to High school from Junior high or 9th-10th grade. Anyway this 9th grade english teacher works in same place as my mom but my moms not a teacher. He was always really nice he always told me how much he valued my opinion he tried to be my friend because I don't have many friends. We have a lot in common IE: his bday is a day after mine and mines 31 of Oct. He let me visit him when ever I wanted even wrote me passes to get out of classes like health sometimes just so I can talk to him. He emails me all the time sends pics of his vacation. I think it all started when he told me he has hardly any friends but he has a wife. The kids and some teachers are NASTY and yes I mean nasty in a bad way tward him. He tells me how much he's going to miss me next year and how he wants to take me out to dinner sometime good idea or no? Oh and he gave me hugs a lot especially the last day of school in which he cried I even cried and I am a guy too! Weird or not?

  1. Yah, that doesn't sound right. I'd talk with a school counselor to get an objective opinion. It's one thing if he's just looking to be a good teacher, is something completely different if he's got other, less honorable motivations and intentions.

Oh, and sharing birthdays or being a day away isn't "something in common" that's worth anything.
