Also, How much is to much excerscise for an adult male . What would you call over doing it.. or unhealthy for an 18 year old male?

Yes - some people go to the extreme with exercise.  You need to consult with an exercise fitness trainer to get a routine designed just for you.  If you try doing some things without proper planning, you can hurt yourself big time.  Eighteen year old's generally think they are invinscible - but - you can end up in a wheel chair if you don't watch your step.

  4. Exercise causes endorphins to be released into the body- it's like a natural high. One can probably overdo it, it is hard to say at what point that is. It is best for the body to get rest after a certain amount of exercise, as the body needs to heal from the muscle damage that exercise inflicts upon the muscles. That is how muscle grows- they tear when you life weights, for example, and then through the healing process they create more muscle fiber which is how the muscles grow.
