Im buying a new house and selling me old one, the price is over €317,000.00 so I have to pay the Irish govt 6%, HELP

  1. There is no way around it, the people might reduce the price so save you paying less but they will want the rest of u in cash


  2. oh god i hear ya!!!!!!e are trying to buy a house in Dublin and we are been crippled by prices and we have to move further and further out of Dublin its c**p
