the taxis are the size of a normal family car ie  passengers and a driver, thus not big enough for 5 passengers and luggage.  As for the cost, it depends on where you are staying - approximately 30 euros from cap salou.

ive seen some estate taxis taking large families ,wether it was pre booked I dont know ,but try this firm they may just help you
